I am passionate about:
I am fascinated by cross-cultural leadership. I also love exploring the similarities and differences between the adaptive leadership framework and other human systems theories such as bio-power, 3-D negotiations, classic organizing, Hoffman Process, True North, Integral Theory, and Tavistock Group Relations.
Professional experience:
Andrew Johnston currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Party for RTI International’s USAID-funded Literacy Achievement and Retention Activity (LARA), a $35.9 million applied-research project focused on early grade reading and school safety in 3,460 schools in Uganda. During his time as an MC/MPA, Mr. Johnston was the lead organizer for the HKS Campaign to Save Adaptive Leadership.
