An ordained Episcopal priest since 1995, she served in parish ministry for 10 years before joining the bishop’s staff. She developed and is lead faculty for “Learning to Lead,” a year long program in leadership development for clergy, now in it’s fourth year, and “Called to Lead,” an intensive day-long immersion for lay leaders, with other courses in development. She is adjunct faculty in leadership in the Episcopal Studies program at Candler School of Theology.
