I am passionate about:
I was a teaching assistant to Dean William for his course on adaptive cross-cultural leadership at Harvard Kennedy School in 2008. I have also worked closely with Ronnie and Cambridge Leadership Associates on adaptive leadership projects. In Europe, I am part of the Adaptive Leadership Network and lectured the course in Hungary. As a WEF Young Global Leader honoree, I took part in Bill George's authentic leadership retreat at Harvard, and wrote my PhD dissertation on the subject.
